Recently, LIJIANG welcomed its Indian after-sales engineer to the factory for specialized training on the latest bending machine control technology, further strengthening the technical support capabilities of its global service team.
The training focused on the upgrade of the bending machine control system. The new generation machine adopts an advanced CNC control system combined with an Industrial PC (IPC) architecture, replacing the traditional PLC-based control method. This upgrade significantly improves processing speed, control accuracy, user interaction, and system scalability, providing customers with a more intelligent and efficient production experience.
To better meet the growing demand for special-shaped insulating glass production, the new system has been specifically optimized for complex spacer bending applications. With intelligent motion control and advanced processing algorithms, the machine can efficiently handle a wide variety of shapes while reducing the need for frequent tool changes. This not only increases production efficiency but also minimizes manual intervention, allowing manufacturers to respond more flexibly to diverse production requirements.
During the training, the engineer received comprehensive instruction through both theoretical courses and hands-on practice, gaining in-depth knowledge of system operation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance. The program will enable LIJIANG's overseas service team to provide faster and more professional technical support to customers worldwide.
